This cache is located in a busy part of town, especially during fishing season. The difficulty rating is higher only because at certain times of the day/year you'd have a really hard time getting to the cache...unless it's a cold, rainy, winter day...then the difficulty is a 1.
Port Hardy needs some more caches, so I decided to put one here. I lived here for 6 years, and spent a lot of time at the cache location. The cache is a small container, only big enough for a log, so bring a writing implement. There's a little prize money for FTF. This cache will require stealth, especially during fishing season.
