ITINERARY
08:00-09:00 Meet and Greet, Sign in ,and pick up your
caching package
09:00-15:00 Geocaching and completing the game
boards.
GeoAlert be on the look out for "Special Prize
Tickets" hidden in some of the new caches.
15:00-15:30 Prizes and
Draws
15:30-16:30 Potluck dinner, TB and Geocoin trading and
discovering

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU
ARRIVE
Welcome to
cachers new and old, Thank-you for attending our event.
Upon arriving to the
hall, you will be greeted by one of the events hosts.
You will be presented
with a package containing ,Draw ticket(s), a Caching Bingo board, A Photo
Scavenger Hunt Board and an information package about our town.
On site there
are Fridge's,Stoves, Power, Tables and chairs and Washrooms.
***Supper will be a pot luck style meal, please bring your favorite hot or cold dish
to share with everyone***

Someone will be
at the hall all day, so if you need to return early, or are stuck on a certain
cache, come on back and we can help.

PRIZES AND DRAWS
As mentioned above, be on
the look out for "special prize tickets".
In 5 New caches for the event, we
have placed Special Prize tickets, labeled Prize 1,Prize 2
Prize 3, Prize 4
and Prize 5, If you find a ticket, take only 1 of each, sign your Geocaching
name on it, and bring it back to the hall, before 15:00 hours (3:00pm), to be
entered into that draw.

Hey would
you like a Brand New 2009 Groundspeak Lackeys
Geocoin.
Just contact COMAN123 before the event and let him know,you
are planning on hiding at least 1 new cache for the event. The cache must
be placed in the Greater Napanee Area and be ready to be found by 7am on
the event date. If your cache gets published for the event, bring your GC#
to the sign in table and you will be given a ballot for the geocoin, its that
easy.

First,Second and Third
place winners of the Geocaching Bingo and Photo Scavenger Hunt games will be
Awarded. In the event of a tie, names will be placed into a hat to determine the
winner.

Upon
arriving to the event you were given a Draw ticket(s)
We will draw numbers
for the rest of the prizes until everyone receives something or we run out of
prizes.

***To help us ensure
everyone gets something to take home, please bring a small gift for the Prize
Table***
We have a Treasure chest of goodies already for the "young cachers"
(12 and younger)

THE GRAND PRIZE FOR THE
EVENT
Ok the Grand Prize had been confirmed.
Thanks to a gracious donation from ltizzer, the winner of the grand prize will receive....
1 - 30 minute site seeing flight over the beautiful city of Kingston for 2
You will get to see the Windmills of Wolfe Island from a whole new angle,
as well as the rest of the City of Kingston and Area. Everyone who attends the event will have a chance to win, but you must be present at the time of the draw to win.
Your number will be called 3 times, if no one claims the prize by the 3rd call, another number will be called.
