The event is not at the listed coordinates!!!!

It's Flashmob time!!!!!

4:00PM-gather at the figured coordinates in the below puzzle
4:00PM-4:05PM-sign the logbook, grab a sweet to eat, start to mingle. There will be a bucket full of SWAG for trading.
4:06PM-4:12PM-chat caching.
4:13PM-4:14PM-assemble for a group picture (I'm only giving our professional photographer a minute cause I know he will get the job done)
4:15PM-CITO= Trash out of there and disappear.

The time will be based on GPSr time.
