How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
A small (not micro/nano) cache which includes logbook and pencil in a small container. The cache also contains a few trinkets, agates and marbles.
These coordinates will take you off Highway 20 to the small town of Correctionville. This is one of the oldest towns in Western Iowa, with several historic locations and many friendly people. The geocache is placed on the Eastern edge of town. It was moved within 20 feet of its previous location after the cache was stolen...presumably for the antique marbles...and I placed it in a much more difficult location. Cell phone service is sometimes and there are a number of large trees nearby but the GPS coordinates should get you close and then you'll have to try to figure it out. When I entered the GPS, it showed an accuracy of + or - 16 feet. Please be respectful of grave sites nearby. Also please be advised that this cache may not be accessible in the wintertime. Good luck.
