QUEST”
The Wisconsin Spirit Quest series of
geocaches will take you to a number of historic cemeteries
or other historic sites. In six years, the Spirit Quest has grown
to over seven hundred caches hidden in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan,
Ontario , Florida,and Wisconsin and the hiders have grown to over
fifty cacher teams. Over 1,000 cacher accounts
had logged over 25,000 finds when we quit
counting.

Cemetery"
Welcome to Washington
Township Cemetery in Door County.
The Washington Island Township Cemetery is quite picturesque and
very old-world. There are many generations of Scandinavian families
buried here. This is a picture of the western half of the
cemetery.
Here is a view of the eastern part of the cemetery. Many early
settlers of Washington Island came from Iceland and most of them
are at rest in this cemetery.
Many friends lay at rest here.

RESIDENTS HERE AND VISIT DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS
ONLY!
The cache container is a
micro so BYOP. .The cache is not located near a grave...Do not
disturb monuments. If you find a fallen US flag, please stick it
back in the ground. You must sign the cache log to claim a find. As
always, please be respectful, and cache in, trash
out.
