The cache container you are seeking is a homemade one from a First to Find prize (GC1YK32, Thanks ADKBlazer). This is a unique area to find a cache. It is also a public fishing area, so bring your pole along. The cache coordinates will bring you to a fairly large parking area. The cache is a very short distance from the parking area.
