Burt Morris Park in the city of Adams has a wide variety of facilities and activities. Established as a Little League ball park in the mid-1970s, this park has expanded to include more ball diamonds (including ones used for softball teams), a picnic shelter, and now another geocache!
There are three parking areas where you can park while enjoying the park, with the coordinates for the closest one to this cache and "Outta the Park Again" (GC20X9X) being listed as a waypoint below. Because this cache is at one edge of the park, you may be tempted to park along the roadside to get close to the cache area, but that might draw attention to you and to the cache. Since this park can be quite busy at times, along with the nearby streets, a bit of a walk will be good for you and for the cache, and you can use more stealth in your search, which may or may not take some time. Avoid making geotrails.
This cache is available, findable, and retrievable in the winter. Dogs may accompany you, but they need to be on leashes. The park is only open from dawn until dusk, and if you were to search for it after dark, you might draw some very unwelcome attention to yourself, so save it for the daylight. When others are present, use extreme care not to be seen.
