This Winneshiek County park is located along the scenic Upper Iowa River. The cache is a peanut butter container. You want to park on the South side of the River not the campground side.
This park is a popular canoe/kayak launch for longer trips (6-8 hr.) down the river to Bluffton. Summer weekends can be rather busy, though the cache is located further upstream from the launch site. Unless someone is actually using the picnic table near GZ you should be good to go.
Kendallville Park Campground is located across the river from this cache and is quite popular.
