Wizard of Ooze: When a visitor to a cache indicates that it requires crossing no trespassing signs to reach the cache location, I am obligated to archive the cache to remove it from play.
If that is not the case, please contact me within 60 days with details and/or photos to reassure me that the cache is accessible via public routes and I'll look into unarchiving the cache for you
