Geocache Description:

Join us for the MBGA Annual General Meeting. This is a good chance to find out what the MBGA has been up to for the past year and to find out what we have planned for the year ahead. We will also be having a pot luck dinner featuring a crockpot (slow-cooker) cookoff!

Crockpot Cookoff

Last year's AGM featured a chili and cookie cookoff. We thought we'd expand that this year to include all crockpot creations. There will be prizes for best main course, best side dish, and best dessert. If you don't own a crockpot, or don't wish to participate in the cookoff, then you can bring any dish you want to round out the potluck dinner.

MBGA Annual General Meeting

After dinner, we will have a short meeting to review the MBGA's efforts over the past year and discuss plans for the upcoming year. There will also be elections for the new Board Members. If you are interested in running for election to join the Board, please contact the MBGA at nomination@mbgeocaching.ca.

Kids activities

Bring the geo-kids along too. The church hall has a nice mezzanine level with all sorts of toys to keep the kids entertained.
