This is the Keystone Area Council's Cache-to-Eagle Cheerful Cache. The 12 Points of the Scout Law are located at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation in Loysville, PA.
This is Number 8 - Cheerful, and it's near Rotary Lodge.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AFTER FINDING THIS CACHE AND MOVING TO CACHE 9. Your best bet is to return to the nearby Lodge from the direction you came, and then navigate to KACCE09, so you avoid going off the Camp property onto other private property.
