Bridge over the River Quail Traditional Geocache

Cordonices Creek (named for the quail who lived here) is one of the Berkeley creeks being daylighted and the riparian habitat restored. I used to live near here a long time ago when it was a mostly neglected piece of land, and many changes have been made in the intervening years. I spotted this area on the map and decided to take a look, finding the perfect spot to put this cache (IMHO). Here’s a 30-second video of steelhead returning to the creek in 2006.

Back in the olden days, there were no playing fields or skateboard parks here either, so I’m not sure about parking availability during games.

Watch for muggles and use all necessary stealth for this one. I considered adding another half point to the difficulty – let me know what you think.
