A Loc N Loc located in the Cinder City Park shelter.
This hide will require a bit of vertical thinking. There is plenty of street parking nearby, or park at the listed coordinates.
STEALTH WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS ONE, as there is nearby street traffic, and occasional activities in the nearby park and ball fields
Additionally, this shelter will be HIGHLY used during Altoona's annual Cinder City Days celebration.(Early June).
Do NOT attempt this cache on the evening of the 4th of July. The city's fireworks display is done at this park, and there will be many, many, many muggles around this shelter.
