Hope you enjoy the scenery along the way on the rustic road you
will be traveling on. Should be a quick stop and grab for you. I
enjoyed this area many times in my youth as a resting point on
walks and to just relax and enjoy the scenery, Site is no longer a
wayside as it was in years past. The view is now obscured by trees
and the picnic table and fire pitt have also been removed.
Terrain is not too difficult to navigate.
Cache is an ammo box with a log book and fun items for trading. The
geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Sonja Margitan of
the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources managed lands require permission by means of a
notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the
Notification Form, fill in all the required information, then
submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land
