Annetut koordinaatit eivät osoita kätkölle, vaan toiseen löytämisen arvoiseen paikkaan. Mäeltä avautuu näkymä Keski-lahden tiiviisti asutettuun laaksoon. Laakson mahtavimpia rakennuksia ovat Kaksi Koulua. Niistä ensimmäisen tunnistaa oikealla Leijailevasta kiiltävästä katosta, jolla se yrittää kaapata auringonsäteet itselleen pois laaksolaisten elämää valaisemasta. Vielä mahtavampi etuvasemmalla näkyvä koulu puolestaan yrittää kätkeytyä huomiolta kutsuen itseään Normaaliksi, vaikka se on kovin harvinainen ja värikäskin.
Katsoessaan länsiluoteen suuntaan kaikkein tarkkanäköisimmät saattavat havaita Keski-lahden elämää vahtivan silmäparin, jonka ympäriltä kaikki on muuttunut kiveksi. Takana puolestaan on Metsä, pelottavien tapahtumien tyyssija, jossa haltijoiden ja kääpiöidenkin kerrotaan eläneen. Mikä tärkeintä ja onnellisinta, siellä asuu myös viisaita lintusia, ja etenkin urokset antavat eksyksissä oleville samoojille ohjeita.
Koulujen pääasialliset, vain puolituisen mittaiset asukkaat tekevät tietotyötä orjien lailla arkipäivästä toiseen vuosien ajan. Koulujen valtaapitävien keskuudessa heitä kutsutaan ajoittain halventavasti palikoiksi tai jästipäiksi – aivan kuin he olisivat peräisin jostakin aivan toisesta tai ensimmäisestä sadusta. Jästeiksi heitä kutsuu myös pieni joukko erikoisia ihmisiä, jotka välttelevät näitä puolituisia kaikkien kykyjensä mukaan.
Tehtävä:
Selvitä kahden muun - ei siis Kahden Koulun - referenssien välinen keskipiste ja kulje sieltä 755 metriä suuntaan 244 astetta. Voit tarkistaa ratkaisusi etukäteen Geocache.fi:n palvelussa.
Loppupisteellä riittää kopelointi noin Terrain kolmosen mukaisesta paikasta läheltä tien pintaa. Runsas lumi ei pahemmin haittaa purkin löytämistä, mutta se nostaa jonkin verran maastovaativuutta. Älä jätä purkkia yhtään näkösälle, mutta älä myöskään lisää näköesteitä, jottei talvi tekisi tepposia talvilöydettävyydelle. Iloista koulunkäyntiä kaikille!

In stead of pointing to the cache, the given coordinates point to another place worth finding. From the hill opens a view to the densely populated valley of Middle-bay. The mightiest buildings in the valley are the Two Schools. The first one is recognisable from the shiny Kite-like roof, which tries to catch all the sunbeams, so that they don’t illuminate the lives of the people of the valley. The other one, even mightier, tries to hide and disguise itself by calling itself Normal, even though it is very uncommon and even colorful.
Those with the most accurate vision may see the pair of eyes in the west-northwest. They guard all the life in the valley and everything around them has turned into stone. In the back there is the Forest, the location of frightening events where elves and dwarfs are said to have lived. What's most important and happy, the forest is also occupied by wise birdies and especially the males give advice to lost striders.
The principal occupants of the Schools are only halflings in size and like slaves they drudge for knowledge day after day for years and years. Those who rule in the Schools may call the halflings by the names ”palikka” and ”jästipää”. Both of the Finnish names are rather degrading and mean stupid and hard-headed. In plural, the direct translations would be “blocks” and “muggleheads”, respectively, as if they were from a totally different or first fairy tale. A small group of extraordinary people call them muggles as well, and they try to avoid the muggles as much as they can.
The task:
Find out the center coordinates between the two other references, but not those of the Two Schools. Then go from there 755 meters to the direction 244 degrees. You may check your solution in advance at the geochecker of the Geocache.fi.
In the final spot you don't need to move anything, just take the Terrain value of 3 into account and get near the street level. Heavy snow does not make the cache unavailable but it'll moderately increase the Terrain challenge. Please leave the box out of the sight but please leave no obstacles in front of it.
