The cache is located in Big Rock Park, an 83-acre hiking park which currently hosts 2 other caches, too (check 'em out). To see a list of all of Pella's parks go to www.cityofpella.com and select the Parks link on the left. Click for the map if you want to do a some hiking; there are also 7 map signs posted throughout the park. I'll also upload a photo/map.
We're really blessed to have a nature park this size within city limits. It was donated years ago by the Pella Corp. (windows+) founding family, the Kuypers.
Enter the park via Big Rock Park Road; you can DRIVE TO WITHIN A FEW YARDS of the cache!
The cache container is a tall ammo box.
NOTE: this park is only open SUNRISE TO SUNSET.
