Geocache Description:

DO NOT attempt to cross the Price River if it is flowing above 50 cfs. This can be check via the USGS website at http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?09314500.

Please remember to "Tread Lightly" and keep OHV to established trails only.

From Woodside, you will drive about 9 miles along the north side of the Price River. The road along the north side of the Price River is maintained by Emery County. After county maintenance ends, there is the possibility of rockslides and washed out sections of road that may be impassible for most full sized vehicles. When you are unable to go any further in your full size vehicle, unload your toys for the rest of the ride. There a few good staging areas to park and unload. The most difficult (and potentially dangerous) part of the road is the river crossing. Remember DO NOT drive across the river if it is flowing above 50 cfs.
We decided it was finally time to get the 4-wheelers out and find some trails. The intention was to take this trail up to the Mount Elliott cache. We also felt that there needed to a few more caches up here that were a little more accessible to those (like me) who were not quite fit enough to make it up to Mount Elliott .

Cache is located at an old drill hole. It is an easy grab once you get there. Terrain rated a 4 because of the need of a 4 wheeler or dirt bike to get up the trail.

Cache contains a log, pencil & pencil Sharpener (please leave these in cache), and also a few trading items.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)
