With permission given by the Osceola County Fair Board and Supervisors this cache is located on the Osceola County Fairgrounds.
Once you arrive at the location you will understand the name and should not have any trouble spotting the beacon. Finding the cache and signing the log may be another matter.
Most cache locations are collaboration between Mrs. Catz and me. She had a hand in the cache design but in this case not the location. Here is why, I had this really nice ring for Mrs. Catz (that she gave me) to give for Mothers Day. But I thought if she really wants it bad enough she will have to find it using the coordinates written in her Mothers Day Card. What a devious fellow I am (hee hee)

Warning as you slowly open it, be very very careful you may see something fear-provoking and scary looking at you (thus the name Spooky) once open you will know...
