Geocache Description:

Easy PnG. I wanted to place a cache that I could identify with.

When William Booth started this organization in 1865, he wanted to minister to the spiritual needs of people who were hurting. But he realized he must first attend to their physical needs so they might listen to his message. Therefore, as this organization became a church, it became a social service agency as well.

This organization has been serving the Janesville community since 1885.

In the Janesville area, programs include:
· Feeding Program
· Emergency Assistance i.e. food, emergency lodging, etc.
· Church Services
· Youth Programs
· Holiday and Seasonal Assistance
· Emergency Disaster Services
· Women & Men’s Groups
· Summer Day Camp
