Geocache Description:

This is a small, out of the way cemetery, which even tho it's less than 4 miles from my house, I had never heard of. It took a gentle nudge from rcflyer2242 from McFarland to tell me about this location.
I recognized several names here, one a younger sister of a classmate of mine, who died in a house fire in 2007. Her gravesite is one of the prettiest ones here. Peace to you Julie.

Another is that of an elderly woman that actually used to rent a basement apartment from me 20 years ago. I remember once in the middle of the night I heard a banging sound. I thought it a branch brushing the rooftop. It would stop for awhile, then start again. I nudged my husband, he listened, and also wasn't concerned. After about an hour of this, I got up & realized the sound was coming from the basement apartment. We went down and knocked on the door. No answer, but the banging increased. The door was locked, but we had the key. We did have to break in tho, as there was a safety chain keeping us out.
There was poor Edna, laying on the floor, she'd had a heart attack. 911 was dispatched, but she passed on the next day. I've always wondered, if we would have gone down and checked it out the first time we heard the banging, if the outcome would have been different.
RIP Edna, 1918-1990

As this is classified as a cemetery cache please note it is NOT hidden on any grave marker. If there is a service going on, or folks are visiting their loved ones when you arrive please be respectful and come back at a later time. Your understanding and compassion for those folks will be appreciated. Also search only during the daylight hours please.

Congratulations go to stub45 for the FTF.
I have to give The Crippler Honorable Mention tho, for clearing the way for stub45!
