Geocache Description:

Ontario may be a small village but it offers plenty of things to do.

Ontario is known as the canoe capital of the Kickapoo. Bring your own canoe or rent one in Ontario. They even have canoe shuttle services.

Nearby is Wildcat Mountain State Park. The park's 3,603 acres, mostly wooded, contain 25.8 miles of trails including:
* 25.8 miles of hiking trails
* 17.5 miles of trails for snowshoeing
* 15.0 miles of horse trails
* 7.0 miles of cross-country ski trails
* 1.3 miles of interpretive nature trail
* 0.4 miles of trail accessible for
people with disabilities
Wildcat Mountain has a nature center and interpretive program, picnic facilities, and opportunities for bird and wildlife watching and fishing.

Once in Ontario you aren't far from the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.

Horseback riding on woodland trails, fishing on the Kickapoo and other area streams, Amish shops with furniture, cabinets, baked goods, organic vegetables and more and camping are some of the activities you can enjoy in the area.
