Why drive to an
Event when you can fly instead?!
There has been an increase in geocaching activity
each year during the Experimental Aircraft Association's annual fly
in, so why not get the gang together for some cache stories! This
Event is a two-hour Meet 'n' Greet for area cachers and those
international "friends" visiting Oshkosh for the air show. There
will be plenty of open space for meeting new cachers and renewing
friendships.
WHERE--- South Park (6
blocks north of Whitman Field)
WHEN--- 7/29/2010 from 5-7
PM
ACTIVITIES--- Cache Bingo,
Prize Drawings (Furthest from Home, Etc.), Caching Talk and
more...We'll also be having a "fly-in" only drawing to award the
First to Find!
NOTE: There will be NO food or drink provided due to the short
timing of the event.
Be sure to bring your
Trackables!
Fly your Travel
Bugsand Geocoins to the trackable "landing strip" to show off
discovery only travelers OR park them in the trading "hangers" and
pick up others needing to be flown to new territory. A great way
to keep them moving without worrying if they'll get
muggled!!
