Time for a
cleanup! The Wisconsin
Geocaching Association (WGA) is proud to sponsor a CITO in
Barnes in conjunction with a big day of events sponsored by the
Barnes Babes. (What is
CITO?) This regional event will be held August
7th at the Barnes Town Park in Barnes. Stop by, grab a
breakfast pastry, your trash bag and some gloves. Head out on the
geo-trail picking up trash as you go. Prizes and supplies have been
donated by the Wisconsin Geocaching Association.
The fun will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning with coffee and
pastry provided and a chance to pick up the information &
supplies for the cleanup, and meet other cachers. This event is
sponsored by the Wisconsin Geocaching Association. Visit us online
at http://www.wi-geocaching.com/
and sign up to become a member today. The Wisconsin Geocaching
Association (WGA) is a group of geocachers dedicated to promoting
and protecting geocaching within the state of Wisconsin. The WGA
organizes geocaching events, works with land owners/managers on
geocaching policies, educates the public at large about geocaching,
and facilitates communication between WGA members.
A special thanks goes out to the Barnes Babes
for helping host this WGA Regional Event. Be sure to watch for the
other great geocaching events going on in Barnes the same day for a
full day of fun in Barnes.
