This cache is along the Union County Sportsmen's Club's Nature Trail. It is located within the tent area of the nature trail, right along Penn's Creek.
Parking is available in a large parking lot as you enter the Union Count Sportsmen's Club grounds in front of a building which is a restaurant/bar.
To reach the cache you will have to go down a slight hill, leading to the terrain rating being a 2.
The walk to the cache will lead you through a menagerie of wild animals, including whitetail deer, black bears, peacocks, wild turkeys, a large pond with trout, and other animals (yes, they are fenced in). You will eventually hit a gravel path and see signs letting you know you are on the nature trail.
The cache is a Tupperware container that was camouflaged using digital camo Duct Tape.
There is a logbook in a Ziploc bag and I have placed several writing utensils in it along with the logbook.
The original contents of the cache also include fishing bobbers, Rooster Tail spinners, a carabiner, and twistable crayons, along with a couple other items.
Please be sure to place the lid back on tight to help prevent any moisture entering the cache container. Also, please remember to place the cache back where you found it and cover it so it is not in plain view.
This is a playground by the parking lot in case you have any children with you. Please obey the rules of the sportsmen's club, which include visitors only between dawn and dusk.
Feel free to stop in the restaurant if it happens to be open while you are caching to enjoy a good meal!
