The following is an excerpt from the original cache clue written by Himself:
Journey to a hither hill where gallinaceous fowl abound. Heed my words that follow, until your cache is found.
Moor your carriage to the starboard side as per the warnings there. Then cross the flowing waters with no undue despair
Wise men they have told me, a choice must then be made, the high road or the low road but do not be dismayed.
Either one will lead you to the treasure that you seek. Take one way in and one way out, to uncover each mystique.
A throne for three awaits thee, along the trodden trail, to rest your weary bodies, should they grow weak and frail.
Scenic vistas are abundant, as you will see upon the summit. On a wing and water too, all the world will dance and sing for you!
May the heavenly bodies guide you to the place I name below, and may your journey be successful with no sign of evil foe.
…and while in spirit I am with you, in person I am not, I can only hope my cryptic tale will lead you to the spot.
