Located in a county park in Pierce County, WI. Terrain rating may vary depending on which direction you approach GZ from. Some mild bushwhacking may be required. The ground is uneven, so watch your step. Consider wearing blaze orange during the hunting seasons. DO NOT walk across the planted fields. The park property lines are marked with signs. Park in the designated area (NOT along highway 63) and obey all signs. Winter friendliness is questionable.

You are looking for a bison tube with a log only. Please BYOP.
The name for this cache is a play on words of the name of the nearby unincorporated town of Martell. In the summer, if you have one of those handy little weather radios, you will hear the radios' alarm go off when the National Weather Service (NWS) issues a weather-related watch or warning. When you push the silence button, the radio turns on and you can listen to the NWS's "digital DJ" (a computer text-to-speech system). The DJ routinely mispronounces the names of towns and cities in the watch/warning area. One of these towns is Martell (pronounced "Mar-tell"). The DJ pronounces it "Martull".
