This site is close to a "failed" mine. This cache can be done in conjunction with GC2GW1K - Dark Secret. (Please note NOT wheelchair or buggy friendly) Placed with the kind permission of the Forestry Commission.
Interesting area with many historic remains to be found. If accessed from the carpark this is suitable for all, the cache would not be accessible from a wheelchair. Please note to get to the mine and cache you will need to "ford" a little stream. Might not be little after heavy rain. Please ensure the cache is well hidden again. Please check the time the car park is locked in the evening. Lovely area well worth exploring, however you are advised to bring a map. It is easy to get lost around here.
