This cache may be found with a compatible Garmin GPSr unit with up to date firmware. Once you have the current firmware you will need to 'enable' Chirp search mode via setup>geocaching>enable Chirp searching. Be aware that leaving the Chirp feature enabled may shorten battery life so it may be best to switch it off after you make your find.

Now that is one sad and worried looking ghost! How can you look at the poor poor ghost mamma and not want to help? She and her little spooklets were haunting the nearby human folk when one of the little haunters wandered off and got lost. Mamma spook knows where her little one is but alas she is bound to haunt the posted coordinates for eternity and so she cannot seek out her missing little one herself. If you stand at the posted coordinates she may mess with your GPS in an attempt to get you to go to her missing little Spooky Boy. All it takes for you to send him home is for you to see him...that will be enough to scare him back to his mamma.
