Some time ago I came upon this walking trail across the headwaters of the Wedde Creek. Curious about where it went, I took a little walk and discovered that it really doesn't go anywhere. So I guess this hike is going to have to be about the trip and not the destination.
The destination is a 30 cal. ammo can, the trip to it is about a mile long, but as they say " your mileage may vary". If you don't like retracing your steps, the return can easily be shortened as the bushwhacking isn't bad.
In winter this is a great place to snowshoe, a large portion of this trail is taken over by the snowmobiles so the first half of the trip should be much easier.
