The sculture of this cache is observing the Cathedral of San Juan Bautista. Alonso Manso, a bishop in San Juan, was responsible for the construction of the San Juan Cathedral in 1521. Thus it is one of the city's oldest structures. Religious services still take place at San Juan Cathedral. Visitors can tour the intriguing structure daily between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Back of the sculture, you can find the Museo del Niño: The Children Museum. Opened its doors to the general public in 1993. Its three floors are filled with exhibits for children to interact with, including a giant replica of a human heart. This non-profit organization is involved in preserving the island cultural heritage and presenting subjects in a rich and interesting way for children.
