Geocache Description:


By popular demand, welcome to a Picnic in the Park.

Please join us on Saturday February 12th 2011 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a little Camoing and CITO fun at Palmetto Regional Park!

We will gather at 10:00 to get signed in, have a meet and greet session and then we will let the camoing begin! Afterward we will hit the trail for some CITO action.

There will be a table for Travel Bugs and Geocoins for discovery and to move along. So bring 'em if you got 'em.

Hot dogs and fixin’s will be provided, but feel free to bring a side, drinks, or desserts. Get tips from some of the best, or just sit around and visit.

We will have a couple of cammo stations set up for you to cammo a cache. We’ll have the paint, but you’ll have to bring your own container. And some of the best camouflage gurus around will be there to help you and to answer any questions you may have about camouflaging a cache.

Garbage bags WILL be provided.
Hand Sanitizer WILL be available.
Bring your cameras and your friends, the more the merrier!!

Please make sure that you bring some gloves and a trash picker upper tool if you have one.
