The Night Time Ninjas have invaded George Bush Park and
wherever they go, they drop caches.
Cachers have asked "How can I become a Night Time Ninja"? Many are called, few answer.
This cache, especially at night and depending on the time of year, could be considered a 5 / 5, however I felt it was not worthy of that rating. That said, be careful.
The requirements to join the group have evolved over time. At one point, chasing a cache (and scoring an FTF) at night with an existing NtNinja was enough to join the group. Some have shown their meddle by extraordinary efforts (some of which involve a moment of contemplation as to the sanity of their efforts).

To be a Night Time Ninja, one must prove themselves to the NtN cadre of Ninjas. This proof is subjective and never the same from one Ninja to the next.
The Ninjas have placed this series of caches in order to give supplicants the chance to prove themselves. Things that would look favorable to making your case are finds at night or during extreme weather (almost anyone can get these when the sun is shining). Also, pictures of you completing these feats would greatly enhance your case.
