Geocache Description:

This is a very family friendly cache. Just be sure to follow all the rules and take it easy on the surrounding vegetation and the container. Be sure to watch out for muggles as this could be a busy place. This cache was approved by DNR Parks and Trails.

Just about anywhere you go in Father Hennepin State Park you get a wonderful view, including this spot. Depending on the time of day, you can see ducks and other waterfowl, deer coming by, boats going by on the lake and lots of different types of songbirds including eagles. The trick is to be in the right place at the right time and to keep your eyes open for these treasures when they do appear. I hope you can get out to explore the park and take in all the experiences it has to offer. Enjoy the cache!
