The cache is at:

To get the correct coordinates, you'll have to take a jaunt through the city of Hayward, a town I've come to know and love in my four years as a resident.
Start at the posted coords and head Southeast along Main Street. Keep your eyes peeled. The next four blocks should give you all the information you need.
A = The # of purple posts outside J.C. Moon's minus (-) the number of black street lamps in front of the Hayward Post Office.
B = The # of red posts in front of Tremblay's Candy Shop
C = The # of flags hanging off Nordic Northwood's awning minus (-) the # of large planters on the ground outside Hookstone Winery
D = The # of second-floor windows on Hayward Shirt Factory's NW side minus (-) the # of second floor windows on the SW side.
E = D minus (-) A
F = The # of 1/2 black and 1/2 white over-window arches on the Main Street side of the Pavillion building
G = The third digit in the year Hi-Ho Silver (in the Wise Building) went into business
H = the # of members on the Board of Directors immortalized on the Old Carnegie Library
The final is a short drive from downtown.
