This cache is located within the Loins Den Gorge Nature Preserve County Park on the edge of the Ulao Waterfowl Production Area (UWAP) in the Town of Grafton. Park hours are 6:00am to 9:00pm daily.

On May 22, 2012 - I donated this cache (formerly named Quack, Quack, Gobble, Gobble) to the Treasures of Oz as the UWPA is one of the featured sites for this year. Come visit this great area and explore all this park has to offer. Not only is it a great place to find multiple geocaches, the parks wood chipped trails, spectacular views and diverse wildlife will surly keep you coming back again and again. It has definitely become a favorite of mine so if you see a guy wearing a Live Strong shirt running the trails, wave and say “Hi Jack” as I go streaking by.

More opportunities for geocaching can be found at these Ozaukee County treasures:

· Tendick Nature Park – Flying discs, flying arrows and quick waters: GC3JTXR

Original Text:

I was at the park to check one of my other hides and stopped at this spot to see what I could see. There were a half dozen Green-Winged Teal Mallards on the pond enjoying the seasonal flood waters. On the way back to the car I spotted two turkeys; a tom and a hen; hence the title.

This hide is winter friendly and should be easy to find year round. Enjoy the area and views from this observation deck. Be sure to add your wildlife observations to your post! After your visit, make your way to the bluff edge or even follow the trail to the gorge and lake. You won't be sorry!

**Important note about Deer Hunting**

This park allows hunting during the bow and gun deer hunting seasons! This park is closed to the general public during the Gun Deer Hunting Season which starts the Weekend Before and runs through the Weekend After Thanksgiving! This park is open to the general public during both early and late bow hunting season. Wear appropriate clothing during bow hunting season which runs mid September through early January. Hunting details are posted in the parking lot at the boardwalk entrance and visit the following web page for more information: http://www.co.ozaukee.wi.us/PDF/PublicHuntingRules.pdf
