Cache is overlooking Egypt Meadow Lake which is part of the Bruce Lake Nature Preserve. Terrain is very easy to start but is moderate along the trail around Egypt Lake. There are great views along the way.
Egypt Meadow Lake cache is located in the northern end of PA Promiseland State Park. Easiest access is off of I84 to the Bruce Lake Preserve parking area at N41_21.501; W075_12.242. Take Trail 55 (Egypt Meadow Trail) straight ahead, not Trail 55 (Snow Shoe) to Trail 56. About 100 yards up Trail 56, take the left hand fork. This is the most direct route. Remember to sign in/ out at the parking lot.
