Rapids on the Wolf Traditional Geocache

This small rest stop area on Highway A is an area that I pass by every day on my way back and forth to work. Its a nice little spot with some rapids to watch, a picnic table, and a small hiking trail. After having passed this every work day for 6 years I finally stopped to check it out and setup a geocache. The cache container is too small for a pencil so BYOP. Don't forget to take a few minutes and watch the river after finding this geocache.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Gary Bartz of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
