Snook is a little town, pop. 584 and we are famous for several things. In the 70-80's, we had 7-straight State titles in Basketball (boys), the girls' basketball team won State in '84 (my senior year). We've got state titles in Track including 2011 when the girls won the title. We are home to Chilifest, an all-day concert/chili cookoff/charity event where our population explodes to 30,000+. If you've been to some large events in the area, you've heard of our sausage. We've got great watermelons in the summer. Chicken Fried Bacon is just another one of the things that makes us special (there's even a YouTube video about it). If your arteries are up to it, try it out. We're also starting to get a nice number of geocaches in and around here. Come Czech us out.
This is my first hand-carved stamp that I made myself. I think it turned out alright. There is the stamp and pad in the cache along with the log book. Please DO NOT REMOVE THEM! There are some Letterbox Trading Cards for the first few visitors. Please take one.
If you have your own personal stamp, please stamp it in the log. If not, just use a sticker or a thumb print or just sign the log. Use the stamp in the cache to stamp your own personal log for a keepsake of your visit.
This would be a good place for a little CITO.
