There are two car parks, nearby, where the cache is within easy reach. Free parking will be hard to find. Wheelchair access could prove awkward.
You'll find the cache at the given coordinates, but how are you going to sign the logbook?
This one is made relatively easy to work out, due to the location being an extremely public area.
You're looking for a chain and padlock. The logbook is in a metal tube with a pencil.
I've brought cachers here to visit this facility, if places like these don't get used often enough we're going to lose them. You may even find something of interest here.
The cache can be found at any time of day but the logbook will only be accessable at the following times (not at all on Bank Holidays):
Mon 09:00 - 18:00
Tue 09:00 - 19:00
Wed 09:00 - 18:00
Thu 09:00 - 19:00
Fri 09:00 - 18:00
Sat 09:00 - 17:00
Sun 10:00 - 16:00
The logbook must be signed before a find can be recorded.
If you don't recognise the number that you find, you'll need to decrypt the hint.
Please leave everything 'as found' for reasons which will become obvious.
