Geocache Description:

When we go on road trips we're always on the lookout for local wineries to try, but you don't have to go far to try local wines. Bucks County alone has 9 wineries, Pennsylvania has over 100!

Please visit only during daylight hours. This is an easy two-stage multi that starts next to one of Bucks County's local vineyards. There you will find a micro container with the coordinates to the final which is an ammo can. On your way to stage 1 you will pass many grapes. Although you may be tempted, please do not touch or disturb the grapes in any way.

Both stages were placed with permission from the property owner.



When it comes to wine making, the quality of the grapes is the most important factor. The skin of the grape contains all the flavor and color so while large grapes have more juice, tiny grapes will result in a more concentrated rich color and flavor.

There are over 10,000 varieties of wine grapes, but only a few hundred varieties are used for most wines.

M's current favorite is Cabernet Sauvignon, while W prefers Pinot Grigio. Dog is only 12 in Dog years so he'll have to stick to non-alcoholic beverages for now.
