North Fork of the Jump River
Another in a series of caches I have and will continue to hide on the Jump River. This series depicts special places we hung out at as kids.
Years ago highway 86 ran through here. An auto bridge crossed the river and the train bridge crossed above that. The auto bridge has been removed and the road blocked off at that point but the train bridge is still there. As kids we used to ride bikes to this bridge to fish and throw rocks in the river. Its amazing how much things have changed.
The cache is a bison tube with a log, pencil and small trading items. Quick park and grab. Check out another closeby cache, Hansons Hole. Its very close as the crow flies.
