Repmul: Since the 2011 Hike-N-Seek event in now long over & several of the caches that were placed just for that event are coming up missing or are in need of repair. I figured it is now time pick this cache up & make room for some thing else.

This cache was supposed to be placed for the IGO Hike-n-Seek 2011.

The cache is not at the posted location.

Using the image below, you must solve the puzzle to determine the location of the cache.

Please do not share your information about this cache with others. It was meant to be a challenging puzzle. If information starts getting passed around, I will reduce the difficulty of the cache, which is not fair to those that put the time and effort in to solve it.
Also yes there is no geochecker, due to the nature of the puzzle.
