Still Curious Traditional Geocache

No, the cache title does not refer to me.  I archived "Curious" a while back when it became irretrievable.  Thought I'd try something a little different as a replacement for that cache,since I'm still curious about the history of this spot.  This may be a challenging cache. I will tell you that it's not in the vegetation; and it is NOT winter friendly.
