This will be a series of cache's from the late 70's- early 80's dedicated to past businesses in the city of Belvidere. This is the 1st of the series.
In this park area the business that one stood was called the Hub Cigar and Barber Shop. If you look around, you will still see the Hub barber shop in the general vicinity.
