Cache is located in an unoccupied industrial park, where Mother Nature is doing her best to reclaim portions of it with long grasses and lots of grasshoppers. There is a great sidewalk and benches in the area, and is a very peaceful area to walk. This is the second cache in a series of 3, in order of increasing difficulty, and hidden north to south.
The business park has been here since 2007 and is yet unoccupied. There is a small group of about 7 people who regularly walk here, as it's a peaceful area with many forms of wildlife residents to watch, photograph, etc. One of those people visits here once every couple of weeks and continues to mow the paths on a volunteer basis. They seem like a friendly group, be sure to say hi if you're hunting for a cache and run into one of them. Parking is a little awkward, as there have been a few No Parking signs put up in the cul-de-sac, but much more sparsely along the main road. It appears they're attempting to discourage overnight parking here, although we haven't had any problems when maintaining these caches or when the walkers have parked here. You can see your car from most points in the park while hunting these caches. Sept 2013 update -- we have adopted these caches from the original owners -- and have changed the terrain rating on this one as Mother Nature has worked her magic to make this one a little more difficult to reach.
