Creepy Way to Dakins Lake Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Team_Schnauzer: Went by yesterday while I was out and about and checked on this one. It's gone and that is strike three. Apparently there is a nearby muggle that knows about this one because it wasn't more than a few days after my last replacement (and ZERO finders) that this container went missing... plus it was attached to it's hiding spot via nylon tie. Someone obviously doesn't like this being here (even though it's county property) and I don't wish to continue maintaining this one.

Geocache Description:

Quick P & G located just off of E-18 in Zearing. There is enough space to pull off of the road, so please don't park on the shoulder. Stealth may be required certain times of the day. BYOP.

There is more than one way to get to SCC's Dakins Lake and most would probably prefer the other one. This way is longer and more scenic but it is also the creepiest route back there. I don't know what is creepier - the gravestones in the nearby cemetery or the mausoleum adjacent to the trailhead and cache site. I don't think I really want to know which is the creepiest.

Thank you for caching in Story County!

*Congratulations to Jackpine-Savage on another FTF!*
