Between the cliffs above and the rolling Susquehanna River below, there exists a road, a bridge, and the remnants of a railroad line that used to run along the river. The cliffs look down, the river flows by, the railroad doesn't come here anymore. The road and bridge, however, are busy and active, with cars and tractor-trailers rushing by.
As you head south on Route 11, you must heed the warning of a bend in the road. You will be watched by hundreds of muggles as you approach the cache... no one will pay any attention.
This is a quick C&D with parking readily available, just be careful turning off Rt. 11 to the parking area that is nearby and returning to the traffic flow after the smilie! Do not approach this cache from the river below or the cliff above (that would just be silly and dangerous).
And most importantly, bring your own pen!
Congratulations to lthoffman for the FTF!
