A park and grab in a high muggle area. If all is well, it is meant to be a bit deceptive.
Been thinking about putting a cache here for a while. I find it odd when grocery stores sell gasoline.
The hiding place and container can be FRAGILE.. HANDLE CAREFULLY. If something messes up, No worries.. It is to be expected. Replace best you can and Ill stop by to fix it. DO NOT OPEN THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOX.
