Parking is at N 48 49.406 W 124 03.484 This is a meet and greet that starts at 11am, and afterwards some of us are gonna enjoy the river. You are welcome to join in on the fun. Tubing starts at NOON, please don't be late if you wish to join.
This is a satellite event the day before the mega, please be here no later than 1130am to register, and at noon, we will jump on some tubes and head down the Cowichan River. The normal cost is $15 for this adventure, and they do not have discount rates, but because I am friends with the owner of this great establishment, I have been able to get a price of $12/person.
There is a $10 deposit fee on top of the price for the tube as well, which you will get back at the end of the journey. There may even be a challenge cache along the way!!! Come on out and get wet and have some fun!!! Don't forget your bathing suits, shorts and towels. If you are under 18 you need to be accompanied by an adult. This is 2 1/2 hours of FUN!!!!
