This is in an obvious place, and it should be a pretty easy find. The terrain is two because of the high muggle activity.
Being a Green Bay cacher, I'm not local. But I wanted a cache in La Crosse, so here it is. Please be sure to replace EXACTLY as you found it. My sister (who doesn't have her own Geocaching account) is the one who will preform the maintenance.
